I was making a website and needed help so gave my password away (i am so stupid for that) but that person Changed my password and i thought i was typing the in wrong and now my ip is banned and i cant access my website please help

If you go to your login, there will be a form just below where you can type in your e-mail. It will then send a new password to your e-mail address.
